My AI tracks that I journal, not what I write

Rosie is an AI, and what I ask of Rosie is narrow: track whether I wrote, not what I wrote. My journal stays with me. This split came out of my work with Dr Rosie Mead.

How the check-in works

The letter is for me. Rosie doesn't read what's inside it.

• A reminder arrives in the morning from Rosie to write.
• I write the letter in my own thing.
• All I send back is yes or no.
• Rosie records whether I did it.
